Thank you for shopping at Korejo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds below.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please Note: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order for a customized product has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Personalized Products
Note: Products that have been personalized (e.g., custom names, photos) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item was damaged during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@korejo.com | 03161088842 with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
